Track shipments

Purpose

Different search masks are available depending on the search objective.

The manner in which the two search masks are used is basically identical.

Process

To ensure legibility and a low transfer time when searching for specific shipments, restrictions using search criteria are required.

It is useful to use at least one search criterion from one of the following categories:

  • From date

Tip: enter -10 in the date field to view the shipments from the last 10 days for example (see also Entries in date fields)

  • or the Shipment ID

  • or details on the type of shipment (search string, reference, barcode, marks/no.)

Note: please note that search criteria are case-sensitive.

Search principles

The basic principle when searching for transport orders is as follows:

As a web user, you solely view:

  • outbound shipments for which you are the shipper (ABS)

  • inbound shipments for which you are the consignee (EMPF)

  • in/outbound shipments for which you are the customer (AUFG).

Note: if you enter shipments online as the web user, you are automatically the customer (AUFG)

Users with superuser rights

If you are logged in as a superuser, you can view shipments across the entire organisation.
